Main task:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Visual Basic Application.
  • Be comfortable working on their own on the web front-end, service layer, and database.
  • Participate in a development project and work closely with the manager to meet the requirements
  • Works on the maintenance or enhancement of existing infrastructures
 

Requirement:

  • Must be experienced in MS VBA. The current project is a database based on MS Access.
  • Bachelor’s degree in web development or equivalent experience
  • Have at least one year of experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Able to work independently as well as work in a team
  • Must be based in Saigon

SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsiblities:

  • Find, present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports 
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services 
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends  
  • Continuously improve through feedback 
  • Building sales and customer care processes
  • Reports to Managing Director
 

Requirement:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, aged 28+
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs 
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback 
  • Bachelor degree in business or a related field 
  • Having worked in Sales or Accounts at an agency is a plus 
  • Must be based in Saigon
  • Good written and communication skills in English.

Digital Marketing Executive

Huynh Anh Thu is our Digital Marketing guru, with a passion for developing social  networks and implementing strategies. Before becoming a Digital Marketing, she had over  1 year of experience working as a Content Creator for a marketing agency and an Idea  Research Assistant for a Print on Demand (POD) company.

In the process of studying and working, Thu has gained valuable knowledge and  experience in researching markets, planning, developing and implementing marketing  communication projects. In addition, she also learned many skills like writing SEO articles;  writing the script for TikTok video and implementing the idea; managing social media  channels (Facebook and Instagram) and ensuring regular updates.

As a Digital marketer, Thu will help clients to stand out from the crowd, bringing their  products closer to customers.

Web Designer

Nguyen Duy Binh is our website designer and builder He is passionate about his work and the relationships he builds with clients. Working from an original brief, Binh can keep you posted on all progress so you feel comfortable with what is happening on your project. Strategy is important in the process of getting your website to match your company profile and in line with your brand objectives.

Although specialising in the very popular WordPress, Binh’s skills include HTML, CSS, JS, C# languages. The way to a successful website to create something that your customer wants to visit and will return, to keep up to date – one of Binh’s prime objectives. Functionality and features are all part of the package!

And, of course, the ability to navigate the website with ease and speed. All of this in a structured and attractive website, of which you will be proud.

She has gained knowledge and experience in conducting market research, analysing consumer data, writing SEO content, and special social media management (Instagram and Facebook) and other media channels. Phuong has applied her knowledge and expanded her work as a content marketing, writing newsletter eBook, and social media specialist in different fields (F&B and Real Estate, Motorcycle).

Being our Marketing Specialist with her proven track record of excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and high-performing marketing campaigns, Phuong will help contribute to our client’s success.

Mark Norton

Business Analyst Technical Director

After training as an architect, Mark moved into design and technology where he has a proven track record delivering exceptional technology solutions with data-driven decision. His multi-disciplined background and experience cover design and web application development of large data-driven systems. 

He has had over 20 years of agency experience successfully growing and managing department of web application designers and developers to provide an in-house capability enabling the business to be successful in winning pitches and delivering fast-paced technical projects

Key projects for a range of agency clients, include FedEx, a bespoke cross-brand Events Management System for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, SKODA and an energy regulatory labelling solution (ErP) for the UK’s largest supplier of building materials, Wolseley. He is also a Google Admin, having managed all of the agency’s IT infrastructure including data governance, GDPR compliance and Cyber Essentials.

Mark has a passion for data. Having used Excel at a high level for many years, he has transferred these skills to cloud-based Google Sheets which offers additional powerful functions like REGEX and QUERY, as well as extremely good online collaboration tools. He also uses PowerBI and Google BigQuery which runs SQL and can process huge datasets. 

Mr. Andreas Foldenyi

Having provided senior management training in Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, the UK, the USA and Europe, Andreas brings local, regional and international experience to our team.

Being a manager, business economist and educator, he has more than 20 years of experience of the multi-layered tasks of strategic management, building and running a business, with a special expertise in Human Resources Management. He is also visiting professor at various universities in Switzerland and Vietnam, teaching Leadership, Strategic Management and HR.

As an entrepreneur, shareholder, CEO and serving Member or Chairman of the Board of Directors, he is involved in various companies in Switzerland and abroad.

The human factor is the link between all these companies.

Leon Shears

C.E.O and Founder

Leon has spent some 30 years in the sales and marketing environment. Initially with Pitney Bowes and then the Cadbury Schweppes group followed by Mattel, Sales Desk, Sweet L.A. Limited (his own company) and Grant Thornton Vietnam.

Geographically, he has worked in the UK, the Middle East, Thailand and Vietnam. His experience includes marketing communications, advertising, PR, promotions, brand management, new product development, direct marketing, design and print, strategy development, training and project management.

Leon has worked across many industries including office equipment, food and beverage, soft drinks, toys, cosmetics, stationery, property, cinemas, computers and more recently financial services. He is excited and enthusiastic about the whole concept of marketing and all its facets!
