Senior Account Executive (Marketing Base)

About the job

We are looking for a Senior Busines Developer with a strong marketing foundation to join our growing team. This role is responsible for selling and up-selling to new and existing clients and providing excellent service in support of team revenue goals in the Vietnamese market.

Job Description

1. Market Development (70%)

  • Proactively contact new and existing clients and educate, propose and secure buy-in on company’s ads solutions
  • Directly work with Clients, Related Offices and Internal team for inbound and outbound briefs, control the cost and SOW.
  • Define critical markets and new customers in the market, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.
  • Develop an understanding of client’s business, products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales.
  • Manage individual sales pipeline to maximize individual sales revenue while providing accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Strong consultative sales approach to engage with Managers/ Expat local business owners.
  • Manage projects in accordance with planning and ideas aligned with Clients.
  • Being responsible for closing contracts (liquidation, campaign report, etc.).
    Client management during and after the project, acts as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
  • Follow up with any problems which customers may have and provide after-sales service to continuously improve service

2. Internal Collaboration and Others (30%)

  • Work closely with the Managing Director to review sales strategy and performance.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for materials, case studies, and portfolio updates.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss improvements, new ideas, and market insights.
  • Communication smoothly and clearly with clients and project members
  • Other tasks as assigned by Director.

Job Requirement

  • A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field preferred
  • Creative, problem solver with ability and experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
  • Good understanding of the social media marketing in both local language and English
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success
  • Good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through
  • Strong connection and relationships with local advertisers and media agencies
  • Ability to “translate” complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs
  • Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Native in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
